I had some time on my hands today and I have always wanted to make a cake and use the fondant icing... so I actually made a cake using the fondant icing. Which it is pretty cool to manipulate but it actually doesn't taste like anything but sugar... next time I use it I am going to put a layer of regular frosting underneath. Take a look:

Hey sweetie - I'm sooooooo amazed by that cake - it's got to be the prettiest one that anyone I know has actually made. I've used that frosting before and it's hard to work with, even though it looks so awesome when it's done, congratulations - is cake decorating the next thing to add to your repetoire?
Oh, and I love your new car - it's absolutely gorgeous and you and Andrew deserve it - congrats on that - and your one year anniversary - you both look so happy in the pix - it was a good one of both of you.
