Whoever said the housing market is slowing down... Is fooling themselves. We had 4 houses we were going to look at today, all 4 are off the market now! Okay how are we supposed to buy a house if all the houses are flying off the market so quickly?
Well they must not be short sales, then! A lot of houses where we're looking are short sales and they sit on the market for months.
Are you guys thinking of expanding your search area? Just out of curiosity, are you taking school districts into consideration? When Kait was little, we probably would not have thought much about it. But now that she's going to start kindergarten, the quality of the school district is #1 on our priority list. :)
